Pickleball on Our Trips

All Pickleball Skill Levels Welcome!

From beginner to advanced, pickleball players of all skill levels are welcome!

Plenty of Pickleball and Comfortable Playing Facilities

We enjoy up to three hours of pickleball on several days of each trip, usually in the morning, with some afternoon sessions depending on the itinerary. We play at local sports clubs and other venues, using indoor or outdoor courts depending on the destination. Most are dedicated pickleball courts. Playing times and facilities vary by trip; where showers and lockers are available, you can freshen up at the venue or return to the hotel.

Pickleball Activities: Open Play, Events and Competition

All days that we play pickleball will involve some open play. On some days we’ll organize fun pickleball events and competitions, such as rotating partners after each game to ensure you get to know and play with a wide range of people on the pickleball trip. 

Pickleball Play with the Locals

A unique part of the tour experience is the opportunity to play pickleball with the locals and get to know the locals on and off the court. Because of our years of introducing and organizing pickleball throughout Europe, we know the locals personally and have arranged for players from the nearby pickleball clubs to join us. Pickleball is a universal language and our travelers thoroughly enjoy the experience of getting to meet, team up with, and compete against the locals during our pickleball vacation.

Pickleball Instruction and Organization

Pickleball instruction is included by our certified coaches and adapted to the skill levels and interests of the group. Sessions cover techniques, strategies and drills, with opportunities to put them into practice during play. You’re welcome to join the instruction or simply enjoy games—our goal is for you to enjoy your time on the courts.

Pickleball Equipment

Most travelers will want to bring their own pickleball paddles, but if you don’t want to or don’t have a pickleball paddle, no problem – we have plenty of pickleball paddles we can loan you throughout the pickleball trip.

Non-Playing Companions Are Welcome!

Partners, spouses and friends who don’t play pickleball join us on almost all of our trips, enjoying the cultural experiences, meals and company. Many also enjoy coming to the courts to watch and spend time with the group. Others enjoy free time while we play, and we’re happy to help arrange activities such as cycling, birdwatching or cooking.

Non-playing travelers receive a $200 discount per person from the trip price.
